I don’t think it’s D. A is right here because when OMP route preferences are the same, Cisco SD-WAN WAN Edge routers use the TLOC preference as the next tie-breaker and pick the one with the higher TLOC value. The lower TLOC might look logical but that’s not how OMP works according to official docs. Makes sense?
Why not B here since WAN Edge actually handles the data forwarding? Trap option maybe.
Honestly I'd say D, service. TLOC configs usually mention the service type alongside the color and encap, so feels like that's an attribute too. Pretty sure this is a common mix-up with tag though. Anyone disagree?
Pretty sure it’s A, Alarms is where vManage flags actual failures and alerts for stuff like control node issues. Events might log activities, but Alarms is meant for this kind of critical notification. Seen similar on practice labs. If someone found it in Events recently though, let me know!
I’d pick A here. On the vEdge router, show running-config data policy should display data policies locally, so I figured that’s what you’d use to verify if it’s applied on the device. Anyone see it different?
I think it's A and E. ASR1000 and ISR4000 are the main platforms running IOS XE SD-WAN images. Not totally sure if Cisco's changed naming with ISR9300 (B), but don't think it's officially supported yet. Jump in if anyone saw otherwise.
Yeah, it's A and E for sure. ASR1000 and ISR4000 both run IOS XE with SD-WAN support. Option D (ASR9000) is a common distractor since it’s IOS XR, not XE, so not the right fit here. Seen this in some Cisco docs too, but let me know if I missed something!
Anyone else notice most Cisco docs point to D when you need BFD stats split out by TLOC? I remember seeing a similar question on a practice set. 'Show bfd sessions' just shows the raw session list, not per TLOC grouping, pretty sure.
show bfd sessions usually lists the active BFD sessions and their details on a lot of Cisco gear, so I figured it would cover the summary info too. Not totally sure if it breaks down by TLOC but seems like it should show the main session status. Let me know if I'm missing something here.show bfd summary would give session info too. It usually shows a quick overview on some routers. Maybe missing the TLOC specifics but feels close enough.
An engineer is troubleshooting a control connection Issue. What does "connect" mean in this how
control connections output?Option A and E. OSPF and EIGRP are redistributed into OMP with IOS XE SD-WAN, not RIP (B). Saw similar confusion before, but B is a trap as that's only for vEdge platforms. Pretty sure about this, but open if anyone has solid docs showing otherwise.
