Which OMP route is selected for equal OMP route preference values on WAN Edge routers?

Probably A here. For OMP route selection, if route preferences are equal, WAN Edge checks TLOC preference next and picks the one with higher value. I get why D looks tempting but Cisco docs say higher TLOC wins. Correct me if I’m missing something.
C or D? I thought when OMP route preference values are equal, the router would go for the route with a lower TLOC preference to avoid loops. Kinda fuzzy on this though, maybe I'm mixing up route selection logic. Anyone else think it's D?
