An administrator is responsible for monitoring VMware vSAN performance across a VMware Cloud
Foundation (VCF) instance. The administrator confirms VCF Operations is configured correctly. When
viewing Storage Operations, the vSAN Cluster Performance widget is not displaying any dat
a. What additional configuration should the administrator complete to ensure the widget displays
data?

Option D
I'd actually say B. If the widget isn't pulling stats, maybe the Cloud proxy as Collector just isn't set right.
So annoying how VMware always hides this behind some extra service! D
Widget needs vSAN Performance Service turned on, so D.
D , you have to turn on Performance Service for each vSAN cluster or the widget literally gets no stats to display. That service is what actually collects and pushes the performance data up. If the question said the widget stopped showing info after working, B could matter, but for initial setup pretty sure it's D. Anyone disagree?
I’d say D. You have to enable Performance Service on each vSAN cluster for the widget to actually show stats. Without it, vCenter can't push the performance data up at all. Pretty sure that's what fixes a blank widget.
D is the fix. Enabling Performance Service in vSAN is what actually lets stats populate in the widget. B is a trap lots of people pick when thinking about cloud proxy collectors but doesn't solve a blank stats issue when Performance Service isn't turned on.
Widget stays empty if the vSAN Performance Service isn't enabled so for this scenario it's D. Unless the cluster already had stats before and just lost them (could be config drift) but initial setup almost always points to missing Performance Service. Anyone see a case where B mattered more?
Call it D. Saw a similar question in an exam report and enabling the Performance Service in vCenter is usually the missing step for vSAN stats to populate. If it's blank from the start, that's almost always it. Correct me if I'm off here.
B not D. Widget issues sometimes pop up when the collector proxy isn't set right instead of missing Performance Service.
