Which statement describes a Container Storage Interface (CSI) in vSphere Supervisor?

Discussion
Its B here, CSI lets providers expose persistent storage to pods, which is exactly what's needed in vSphere Supervisor. Saw a similar question on a recent exam dump, pretty sure that's the VMware intent. If anyone read it different, let me know!
B , CSI is there to expose persistent storage to containers in vSphere Supervisor. D trips people up but it's not about ephemeral storage. Pretty sure that's the VMware exam's intent, but correct me if I'm missing a niche case.
I get why some are picking D, but CSI in vSphere Supervisor is really about letting external storage act as persistent volumes for pods. So B fits better since ephemeral storage wouldn't use CSI this way. Could be missing something, though-anyone see a use case where D fits more?
B
If the question was about ephemeral storage, D would be it, but since it's persistent storage in vSphere Supervisor, that's B.
B, saw similar on practice. Official docs and labs explain CSI for persistent storage, not just vSphere object or ephemeral.
B
Why would D be right if CSI is mainly for persistent volumes in vSphere? Not seeing how it ties to just ephemeral.
I don't think it's D. B makes sense here since CSI in vSphere Supervisor is all about exposing persistent storage to containers, not just ephemeral. Option D is a bit of a trap because CSI isn't specifically for ephemeral disks. Pretty sure B is the one, but open to corrections.
D imo
