I don't think it's D since BitLocker To Go is aimed at removable drives, not internal ones with TPM. Option A makes more sense because that feature's all about password protecting USBs and external media if they're misplaced or stolen. The TPM piece in D is a trap here. Pretty sure A's right, but if anyone has another angle let me know!
A for sure, since BitLocker To Go is mainly about protecting removable storage like USB sticks. If they get lost or stolen, the password protection keeps the data safe. I don't think B applies here because that's more BIOS/security settings stuff, not portable drives. Pretty sure on this but correct me if I'm off!
