You are tasked with migrating a critical, latency-sensitive application from Azure to OCI. Due to
compliance requirements, all data must be encrypted in transit. Which connectivity option provides
the BEST combination of security and performance for this migration?

A imo, because IPSec on VPN gives you strong encryption and it's a simple setup. Might not be as fast as dedicated links but I thought VPNs are still pretty solid, especially if latency isn't that extreme. Maybe a trap here with B looking too complex.
B VPN gives encryption, but for lowest latency and best performance you need ExpressRoute plus FastConnect with TLS.
A tbh, since IPSec VPN seems secure and straightforward for encryption. Not sure if it’s the fastest option though, but I thought VPNs are good enough for most migrations? The whole ExpressRoute plus FastConnect setup in B feels way more advanced, maybe for bigger orgs. Am I missing something?
