I was stuck on D too at first, but B, C, and E actually fit what Oracle lets you do on snapshot standby. You can resize (extend and shrink) only datafiles created locally in snapshot mode, not ones brought over from primary or physical standby unless specifically extended. I think this lines up with the doc examples, but open to being corrected if someone has a different experience.
D imo. I remember from the official guide that empty datafiles from physical standby should allow resize, but I'm not 100%. Practice exams seem to agree sometimes. Could be mixing up the cases, anyone else hit this?
