On Citrix ADC, the command

bind vlan –ifnum

binds the VLAN to the interface as UNTAGGED unless ­-tagged is explicitly stated.

• Interface 1/1 is already bound to VLAN 40 (untagged ⇒ native VLAN 40).

• Issuing bind vlan 10 –ifnum 1/1 binds VLAN 10 to the same interface as another untagged VLAN.

• The appliance automatically converts the previously-untagged VLAN (40) to tagged and makes the newly bound VLAN (10) the single untagged/native VLAN on that interface.

Thus the interface is now bound to the new VLAN (shown as 20 in the options) and that VLAN becomes the native VLAN.

B. Native VLAN does change; Citrix ADC permits only one untagged VLAN per interface.

C. Newly bound VLAN cannot be tagged by default; native becomes new VLAN, not 40.

D. Native VLAN defaults to the first untagged VLAN, not to 1 unless explicitly configured.
